43 guest rooms located across two floors in the main hotel block. 32 compact studio apartments located in three-storey apartments, six cottages to a block, just 150 metres from the hotel block. 20 single-bedroom apartments that, like the studio apartments, are designed with six cottages to a block and in three-storey apartments that are located 50 metres from the hotel block. Seven two-bedroom apartments, located in 2-3 storey apartments, with 2-3 cottages to a block that are located 150 metres from the hotel block. Activities
Sterling at Munnar offers a gamut of activities for the whole family. While kids can amuse themselves in the play area amidst the swings, see-saw, ropeway, merry-go-round and the slide, adults have a common activity area that is equipped with a table tennis and pool table. Indoor games like carom board and chess are also available. For the bookworms, an in-house library offers a collection of books to choose from. And if you seek the cool climate outdoors, shuttle badminton and cricket nets await you. Bonfires, party games and music are organized during the weekends. A disco can be organized on request, at an extra cost, and will be kept open till 11 pm.

A Travel Desk is available at Sterling Munnar to help you with your travel arrangements and ticketing. Taxis can be organized for sightseeing and for intercity travel. Local jeeps and buses can also be organized. Train tickets can also be arranged for depending on the time and availability. An internet café is located 50 minutes from the main gate for your browsing needs. And if you wish to shop for gifts or tea varieties, a gift shop is available in-house. For more detailed shopping, you could try the shopping bazaar located 21 kms from Munnar.
Sterling also offers ample in-house space for 200 guests in case you wish to conduct a marriage or a party.

A 1750 sq. ft. conference room located at the basement of the hotel block caters to your business needs in the most exhaustive manner. Offering a seating capacity of 175 people when seated in theatre style, the conference room also offers an OHP/ slide projector, a 5’ x 4’ projection screen, a sound system comprising 4 100W speakers and a lapel mike. LCD Projectors and laptops can be organized on hire – please inform us of your requirements at least a day in advance so that we can do the needful.

Cuisine
The Anaipara multicuisine restaurant caters to your taste buds with a variety of cuisines and specially prepared dishes that will attract the gourmet. Open between 7 am – 10.30 pm, the restaurant specializes in both authentic Kerala cuisine and international fare from the best of continental and Chinese. You can also choose from regular Indian or South Indian menus. And if you wish to enjoy your meal from the comforts of your room, you can make use of the prompt room service between 6.30 am and 10. 30 pm.
While breakfast is available in the continental, South Indian or Indian style, Vegan food is also available. Jain food can also be served – all you need to do is inform us 30 minutes in advance. The local delicacies include appam, iddiappam, puttu, kadala curry, veg stew, Ciriyan beef curry, Malabar meen curry, avail, Kerala rice and a large variety of payasam.
