Cinnamano - A hard Italian style cheese.
Cinnabar Colby – A washed curd cheese with a distinctive yellow colour, a creamy texture
and a slightly tangy flavour.
Cinnableu – A blue cheese similar to the English style Stilton with a rich creamy taste and
a clean, lasting finish.
